What is a casual athlete?

Well, if you’ve come to this page, it probably means you already are one!

A causal athlete is someone who works out with relative consistency - whatever that means for you! It’s all based on your body and your standards.

Maybe you were a competitive swimmer for 10 years but have moved onto CrossFit. Maybe you’re an ex-dancer who occasionally takes a silks or pole dancing classes. Maybe you’re actively competing in intramural football or involved with the NYC Adult Kickball League. Or maybe you’re a mom or a dad, taking care of your kid(s). Guess what? You’re a casual athlete, too! And I can guarantee you need this work more than anyone else.

The casual athlete is anyone who deems themselves even mildly athletic and sees the benefits of staying in good shape. I’m here to help those people and their bodies achieve at their highest potential through thoughtful, therapeutic touch and assisted stretching techniques.
